Courses at Wildlife Prairie Park
Wildlife Prairie Park is a fun and educational place for the entire family. We have worked with the fine folks at Wildlife Prairie Park for many years, and have developed a great working relationship with the park and the many wonderful people who keep this majestic place running smoothly.
Wildlife Prairie Park is an 1,800-acre zoological park located just outside of Peoria, Illinois. It has been referred to as a jewel in the North American Midwest and is listed as a top 10 destination to visit in Illinois. The park is home to 60 different species and over 180 animals that are, or were, all native to the area. At the park, you can see wolves, bison, waterfowl, black bears, elk, otters, badgers, snakes, bobcats and more! If you are not familiar with Wildlife Prairie Park, please hop on over to their site and check them out.
In the last few years, we presented various Bushcraft and basic survival skills classes at the park with great feedback from the students. So, we are proud to partner with Wildlife Prairie Park to present our 10 Part Wilderness Survival Series. and other classes and seminars of interest.
